    can somebody please tell me how you open the navigation menu! All i get is the screen where you can either click on the envelope, or the letter.

    Problems with Premier Manager 2006/2007

    Have just purchased and installed, when starting program comes up in small box, but when I try and enlarge to full screen, I get an error msg and it throws me out.
    Can anyone shed any light ??
