Ubisoft has revealed that Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 for PS3, PC and PSP is scheduled for release in June.
GRAW 2 was released earlier this month for Xbox 360 and it's done pretty well for itself, entering at the top of the All Formats video game chart and notching up an impressive array of great reviews.
It's sad news for PS3, PC and PSP owners then that the game is now scheduled for release in June, some three months later than the Xbox 360 version. The news comes from an updated Ubisoft release schedule so it's unknown why the three versions have suffered such a severe delay.
Several other PS3 games have also slipped, with Oblivion now scheduled for release on April 27 and Rainbow Six Vegas carrying a vague 'spring' release date.
Ubisoft's only remaining UK PS3 launch titles are Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII and Enchanted Arms, with Splinter Cell Double Agent scheduled for release a week later on March 30.

If I wanted games like this I'd have bought a 360. Every single advert on telly that i've ever seen for a 360 game has always been a first-person shooter!!! Why is this?

Well it is much easier to do coding for the 360, so thats the reason why there are going to be new games released for the 360, then a few months after for the ps3. I was about to buy a ps3, but before buying it I wanted to try it. I was at EB games and the ps3 didnt work cause it was incassed with several vent holes. Well the guy there said that it didnt work cause it was incassed and the heat built up. So then and there I bought a 360. Best decision of my life :)
