Sony Computer Entertainment Europe vp Georges Fornay has revealed FFXIII is not yet an exclusive title for PS3.
Speaking to French site dna.fr about the increasing difficulty of securing platform exclusives, Fornay revealed that Final Fantasy XIII might not be an exclusive title for the PS3.
"The development cost of games has exploded, so it has become difficult to have exclusiveness, except over our own games," Fornay explained before dropping the bombshell that Final Fantasy XIII exclusivity is "under discussion".
Final Fantasy XIII is still a long way from appearing on the Xbox 360, but there have already been several established PlayStation franchises moving over to the Xbox 360. Earlier this week came news that Devil May Cry 4 and Ace Combat 6 were coming to Xbox 360 - both titles which have previously only been seen on PlayStation platforms.
