to kill vamp, equip with a stun knife or any other weapon which allows CQC moves &
carry the syringe. Grab Vamp and press triangle to use the syringe on him.
The best time to do this is to kill one of his life bars so he is down. Then get behind him and when he gets up press R1 to grab then traingle to inject.

shoot one of the puppets,it will come off.Then grab it and aim it at screaming
mantis.you then tilt it up and down until she dies.
