Tom Orry

Editor

Frequently referred to as the 'content machine', Tom is responsible for the fresh words that appear on the site every day - often involving the man-handling of PRs, editing 25 page reviews, and marathon gaming sessions (it's a hard life...). Despite being a walking video games database, Tom is constantly ridiculed by co-staff for being so crap at them.

Wesley Yin-Poole

Deputy Editor

When not masquerading around the World of Warcraft universe, or allegedly destroying other gamers at Street Fighter II, Wesley makes use of his strong journalistic background and spends a large proportion of his working day generating original news stories, hassling poor games PR folk on the phone, and writing features. As well as this, one of Wesley's weekly tasks is to get the editorial team to the pub every Friday afternoon, having convinced Adam it's an 'essential team building exercise'.

James Orry

News Editor

As news hound for VideoGamer.com, James spends most of his time on dodgy sites sniffing out all the top stories and gossip of the day, whilst uploading any new screenshots he finds. During times when Tom collapses from exceeding his content production yield, James immediately takes over and keeps the content conveyer belt moving.

Nick Peres

Videos Producer

With the arrival of our new and sexy video streaming service came our (perhaps not so sexy) Producer. Nick is the big cheese behind the videos department of VideoGamer.com, planning and producing the majority of its exclusive video content. Being the world's biggest Star Wars and WW2 fan, he will also be behind any ridiculously epic and over-the-top video features we publish, no doubt managing to find a place for hard-hats and lightsaber battles in videos you least expect to find them.

Simon Hunter

Associate Videos Producer

Simon assists Nick with the day-to-day running of the videos department, with tasks including but not limited to 'rendering' cups of coffee and 'digitising' lasagne dishes onto Nick's desk. He often also accompanies one of the editorial team to press events for shoots, and when not trying to swoon the hired scantily-clad booth babes with his unmistakable charm scent, sometimes gets an interview filmed.

József Rekedt-Nagy

Developer

Unusually, when this particular job vacancy was open, rather than applying using traditional means, József simply teleported into our office using some sort of man-made mobile vortex, cleverly created using PHP. This alone was enough to convince us he was the man for the job, and he started the following Monday. József spends his time creating more subtle but equally mind-bending systems behind the scenes, helping to keep this delicious site running.

Adam McCann

Operations Director

Pretty much doing everything that doesn't involve content, including site maintenance, creating fancy graphics, attending meetings, and co-ordinating advertising and marketing, many find that Adam is a little insane. At time of writing, best estimates have Adam resuming recreational activities and a social life in the year 2053.
